Hi doll, sorry for delay ... been off blogging for a few days. You need to find a small local nail place (usually Asian). Usully near a local street market ... if nothing in Hammersmith --- try Angel Nails in Chapel Market (very close to Angel station) 20 squid for a pedi (cheapest it gets in London)
There's supposed to be a really good Korean place in King Street! Not sure about manis but the pedicures are apparently excellent - you know, the whole expert slicing of your feet with a blade until they're like a baby's bum (which they're not really allowed to do in the UK) - no idea what the name is - I'll find out...

There's a good one in Bayswater, £10 or £15 for French. Bonus that it's near me and we can catch up finally!
